MATIM LUXURY INTERNATIONAL presents to you, nestled within a preserved natural setting and secluded within an exclusive private estate in the Porto-Vecchio region, Villa Aiko stands as one of the most singular and confidential properties in all of Corsica. Here, luxury transcends the obvious: it becomes a way of life, in a place conceived as a rare architectural masterpiece, where modernity blends seamlessly into nature with absolute fluidity.

Set upon an exceptional 6,000 m² plot, this 650 m² contemporary villa embodies a radical yet refined aesthetic vision. Every line, every material, every opening has been thoughtfully conceived to enhance the light, frame natural vistas, and offer a continuous sensory experience between interior and exterior.

A private, wild, and authentic beach.

This exceptional property is among the only ones in Corsica to benefit from direct access to a private, intimate, and pristine beach, where sand and maquis meet without intermediary. You access it on foot, in mere seconds, as if suspended in a dream, between sky, sea, and stone.

A home sculpted from the landscape.

Villa Aiko is not merely a residence; it is an architectural manifesto: raw concrete, noble wood, expansive glass walls, airy volumes… Everything here reflects balance and precision. The interior layout, comprising 6 independent suites, a monumental reception space, a cinema room, a wellness area, and an infinity pool overlooking the horizon, reflects a vision of contemporary luxury that is free, refined, and uncluttered.

An absolute rarity on the island market.

This type of property combining design, scale, private beach, and exclusive location is unattainable elsewhere in Corsica. It addresses a discerning clientele in pursuit of exception, discretion, and emotion.
