The main residence features three living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and four spacious bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms. An elevator serves the upper floor, facilitating circulation throughout the property.

An open patio ensures a harmonious transition between interior spaces and garden. The independent pavilion accommodates two additional suites, each with its own living area and private bathroom.

Two complementary bedrooms located in the basement, with bathrooms, can also be utilized according to your needs—particularly suitable for children, teenagers, or household staff.
